Details of Our Confidence Coaching Prices and Packages

All our confidence coaching programs are tailored to your particular issues and take place once every one to two weeks. As part of your program you may be given homework to complete or be asked to listen to a recording regularly which will be supplied to you as an mp3 file by email.

Three Session Program

3 X 1 Hour Session to take place online/at our clinic/on the phone £275

Ideal for simple fears and phobias, minor anxiety or confidence issues such as exam nerves or driving anxiety.

Six Session Program

6  X 1 Hour Session to take place online/at our clinic/on the phone £550

For clients with Generalised Anxiety, long standing confidence issues and who require help with performance or career confidence.

Eight Session Premium Program

8 X 1 Hour Session to take place online/at our clinic/on the phone £695

For clients who would like longer-term support. As part of this package we also offer additional email support between sessions.

Our confidence coaching sessions can include coaching/mindfulness/hypnosis/NLP depending on the needs of the client.

Corporate and Group Stress Management Training Half Day Session £800

• Please note this is for a maximum of 15 delegates. Additional delegates charged at £80 Per person.

* We only offer our confidence sessions as part of a program and not on a session by session basis. On booking your appointment we ask for £100 as a deposit with the remaining charge payable on your first session.
