There are many different situations where you or your partner may feel the need to get help for problem that exists within your relationship. Our relationship coaching is designed to help give you the tools that you need to overcome barriers to your happiness by increasing your confidence, helping you to manage stress and to increase communication within the relationship.
We can arrange to see both partners in a relationship (usually at individual sessions) but we also are more than happy to work with one party alone. During our relationship program our aim is to understand the problems that you are facing in your particular situations and then help you to find a positive way forward.
Relationship Coaching for Singles
It is estimated that there are at least 15 million single people in the UK today with over half of those looking for a meaningful relationship. For some people getting the confidence to talk to the opposite sex is one of the biggest barriers they have to finding their soul mate. Our confidence coaching for relationships sessions work with you to find ways to overcome your shyness or anxiety so that you can navigate social situations with ease.
We also work with clients who find that they have no trouble attracting a partner but find that their relationships frequently fail because of jealousy, fear of missing out or because they have lost interest. If this is you then there are probably reasons why you are making the same mistakes over and over again. This is where we may combine our relationship coaching with therapy to help you understand where these problems have come from and to help you create change.
Relationship and Confidence Coaching for Couples
Relationships are not always straightforward and sometimes you need help with the complex situations that can arise. Here are just some of the issues that we can help our clients with:
Jealousy – Sometimes it is difficult for you to trust your partner. This may be because of infidelity but in some cases you may be unaware of the origin. Jealousy can eat away at your relationship and make you feel anxious, on edge and lacking confidence in yourself.
Sexual Problems – As part of our confidence work we also use hypnotherapy and NLP to help our clients who may be experiencing sexual problems. This could be erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation or issues such as vaginismus.
Reduction of Stress and Anxiety – Trying to juggle work, a family and deal with stresses such as illness, bereavement, job problems and so on can be hard work. We help our clients to learn techniques so that they can reduce their background stress and anxiety levels so they feel calmer and more in control.
Help to Overcome Unrealistic Expectations – Sometimes we simply expect too much. Whether this is when we are looking for a partner or in your current relationship. We work with our clients to help them overcome these thoughts.
Manipulative or Abusive relationships – If you are in a relationship like this it can be hard to develop the confidence either to say no or to walk away from the situation. Helping our clients build up the courage to say and do what they really want to do is something that we are happy to help with.
Assistance to increase Communication – We all communicate differently and sometimes we don’t quite understand why others simply don’t get what we are trying to say.
