Emotions – To make a great sales person you need to make sure that you do not become too emotionally involved in what you are doing. That means not crumbling when grilled about what you are selling. Not caving into your customers demands because you feel sorry for them. As well as not losing all your confidence when you lose a sale. We work with our clients to make them single minded in what they want to achieve as well as helping them to bounce back when they get don’t immediately succeed.

Negative Thinking – As Henry Ford once said “Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t-you’re right”. So if you head into a sales meeting believing that you don’t stand a chance of making a sale then that is what is likely to happen.
